The Net Zero Accelerator® is a program developed and run by USGBC-LA. The only one of its kind and focused on the built environment, the NZA leverages the insights, expertise, and relationships of our marquee partners and community members to speed the development and commercialization of sustainable innovations.
This 6-month program, which brings thought leadership and broad awareness to high-potential pilot projects, is the only one of its kind focused on the built environment. And with our focus on solutions for net zero carbon, energy, water and waste, we also advance building decarbonization, occupant wellness, sustainable infrastructure, and clean construction.
And it’s not your typical accelerator. With the “NZA” we aim to rapidly drive measurable adoption of net zero solutions by:
Building awareness of economically viable innovations
Bridging the gap between policy and technology for both the commercial and affordable housing sectors
And getting tech to market through onsite pilots with committed green building leaders
We achieve this by pairing our cohort members with expert advisors, promoting their solutions to high value prospects, and placing pilot projects to help these growing companies better prepare for scaled adoption.
